I am using Arizonia
This tutorial was written assuming you have a working
knowledge of PSP
**Here we go**
Open a new image 450x450 transparent
Choose a paper from your scrapkit.
Copy and paste as new image, resize by 80%
Apply mask/merge group
Choose a Swag
Copy and paste as new layer, resize by 70%
Open your Tube of choice
Copy and paste as new layer, resize by 80%
Postion (refer to finished tag)
Open your Candles
Copy and paste as new layer, resize by 60%
Postion bottom left hand corner.
Open your Candy Cane
Copy and paste as new layer, resize by 25%
Postion on your Candle
Using your eraser tool, erase part of the cane to
make it look part of is behind the dark pink bulb.
Add proper copyright and name
Save as png!
