This tutorial was written assuming you have working
knowledge of PSP
**Lets Begin**
Open a new image 450x450 white
(This seems big for the size of the elements,
but we will be cropping later)
Open your scrapkit and find and open all
your glitter swirls
Copy and paste each one as new layer
Mirror your second swirl
Flip your third swirl
Merge the three swirl layers
Duplicate and merge down
Open a new image 450x450 transparent
In your scrapkit open all your sequins
Copy and paste each one to the new image
Resize each one by 25%
Scatter them around the way you want
Using Mura's Meister/Copies
Click on Wallpaper on the drop menu
then click ok.
Copy and paste as new layer on your original image.
Duplicate/Mirror/Merge down
Now open either the Green or Pink Box
in your scrapkit
Copy and paste as new layer/resize by 80%
Free rotate by 90 left
Using your Pick tool straighten the box
the best you can.
Find your Confetti element ribbon
Cpoy and paste as new layer
Resize by 30%
Postion at the top of your box
Duplicate/Flip
Copy and paste the ribbon again this
time resize 40%
Free rotate 90 left
Duplicate/Mirror
Merge these four layers together
Duplicate merge down
Now open your tube
Copy and paste as new layer, resize by 60%
Postion like she is sitting inside the box.
Choose a Flower Doodle
Copy and paste as new layer
Resize by 45%
Refer to finshed tag for postioning
Open your other Flower doodle
Mirror
Copy and paste as new layer, resize by 45%
Move were part of the flower is behind the little girl
Using your Selection tool
remove the excess flower
Merge down
Duplicate/Merge down
Add any final embelishments you choose
Using your Crop tool
Crop to were your final image is
345x403
Add proper copyright and name
Add a Gradient Glow to your name
Merge visible
Save as a png!
